Berlin, 1 March 2023 – Warehousing1, one of Europe's leading on-demand fulfilment networks, appoints Bettina Brown as its new Head of Sales. As Director of Sales & Customer Success, Brown will be responsible for sales and customer success. In her role, she will play a key role in shaping the sales strategy for Warehousing1's SaaS products and in setting up sales internationally. Another focus is on expanding relationships with the company's key accounts and major customers.
Brown brings 22 years of relevant experience to her new position. Prior to joining Warehousing1, the 43-year-old led Sales and Customer Success for software company PayFit Germany and spent several years building Sales & Customer Success structures for AI tech company Nyris. Before that, Brown worked in the UK for more than a decade, where she managed the aftersales business at Lynton Lasers, among others.

After Leandro Loiacono (CTPO) and Martin Alpermann (Director of Finance) Bettina Brown is the third top personnel appointment at Warehousing1 within a short period of time. Brown is also the fourth woman to hold a management position at the Berlin-based logistics start-up - three of whom have been appointed this year alone.
